Puppies!

One of my favorite things to do is play with the puppies! I am having a blast in this video. Oh, and in case you are wondering, the shirt is my Daddy's. He thought it would be funny to put it on me. It's huge, but I loved it!

Water Days

Hello all! I hope you enjoy the pictures from last weekend. My grandma came to town for a visit, and introduced me to the water! We went to the Riverwalk in Naperville and I splashed around in the fountain for awhile. I love the wawa! After that, grandma was nice enough to buy me my very own pool. I quickly figured out how to get in and out, which made it fun to play ball! I would throw the balls in the pool, get in, throw them out, then go get them. So much fun! It's been so hot lately that it was nice to cool off a bit. I like summer, I get to do lots of stuff outside.

Bye for now!

Summer Fun!

Hi everyone! Well, it's finally summer and we kicked it off right this past weekend. I went to Naper Days with my parents and had lots of fun. There was a lot of kid stuff to do, although I'm not quite big enough for most of it. I did enjoy the petting zoo, and the train, and the food, and the walking around, and the BALLOONS!! I got a little cranky after awhile, so we went home after that. I got my balloon though!

Friday night was fun, too. Mommy's company has season tickets to a 1A baseball team called the Kane County Cougars, so we went to a game Friday night. We couldn't stay long because it got rained out, but I got to see the field close up and eat yummy french fries! We're going to go again some weekend and I hope it doesn't rain this time.

I also gave my Daddy lots of love this weekend for Father's Day. I took him out for brunch and made him a cool card that told him how much I love him, and we hung out and played a lot. We do that anyway, but I thought I'd throw that in there. I think he enjoyed the weekend. Happy Father's Day to all you Daddy's out there! My Daddy is the best!

Bye for now. I'm tuckered out and need to go to bed.
Hugs and kisses,
Aves

Sicky Poo

Trouble!

Watching t.v.

Gettin' cleaned up after my spaghetti-O mess. YUM!

Hi everyone! We've been chilling out the last couple of weeks because Mommy and I have been sick! Mommy got a nasty sinus infection, which has been lingering. She thought it was the flu at first, so she didn't go to the doctor for the first few days. She was relieved to hear it was a sinus infection and that it could be treated. She's feeling much better, but is still trying to shake a cough. I have had a runny nose and cough, but it hasn't phased me much. I ended up getting a stomach virus again, so I stayed home from daycare on Friday with Daddy. He took me to the doctor and got me medicine to stop the puking. I don't like to take it, but it does help me feel better. I'm doing good now, so it's business as usual for me again this week. I'm moving up to the toddler room at daycare, so I will let you know how that goes!

In the meantime, I have been a busy little trouble maker. I'm into everything! Things I shouldn't be into and I am learning how to do things that my parents wish I wouldn't. For example, I now like to climb up on chairs on my own. My parents thought by pushing in the chairs, I would stop, but I'm much smarter than that. I pull them out and up I go! They are trying to figure out a way to stop me. Yeah, good luck with that.

I'm a tired little boy from all the trouble I've been in, so I'm going to retire for the night. Hope to talk to you all soon!

Love,
Avery

Growing...

Greetings! I wanted to tell you all about my recent doctor visits. Friday I went in for my 15 month checkup. I am a growing boy! I have grown almost 3 inches in the past 3 months! I am a very tall 33 inches and weigh a "hefty" 22 lbs, 13 oz. Basically that means I'm tall and skinny, but I'm a healthy boy and that's all that matters! I am also a chatter box. I can say lots of words, my most recent favorite is cracker. I ask my parents for a cracker all the time, and if they don't oblige, I dig them out of the pantry myself. I'm self sufficient.

I also had to go to the doctor on Monday because I have pink eye. It started in my right eye, then spread to my left the next day. Monday when I woke up my eyes were crusted shut! It was gross. My parents are now torchering me with eye drops, but they say they will make my eyes all better. I hope so, I'm not liking the pink eye so much.

Well, I should go. I want a cracker!
Hugs and kisses,
Aves
